Russia Looks to Boost Domestic Aircraft Industry, Allow Foreign Participation of 49%

While the United States and Europe battle over foreign ownership of upstart air carrier Virgin America, Russia is taking something of a contrary position. The country's authority plan to ease restrictions of foreign participation in the capital of domestic aircraft producers in a move aimed to revitalize commercial aircraft production in Russia.
