MOSCOW, August 26 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian government submitted Saturday a draft federal budget for 2007 to the lower house of parliament. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov signed a draft law on the 2007 federal budget and presented it to the State Duma.
