DUSHANBE. Aug 25 (Interfax) - The Federation Council will be ready to approve a Russian contingent's participation in the peacekeeping operation in the Lebanese-Israeli conflict zone if the Russian president submits this initiative, the chamber's Speaker Sergei Mironov told Interfax on Friday.
