Pro-Russian Chechens Retract Report on Umarov's Surrender, Say His Younger Brother Gave Up

The Chechen government retracted its claim Friday that separatist rebel leader Doku Umarov had surrendered, saying instead that it was Umarov's younger brother who turned himself in.
