I thought something like: Happy 25th birthday, and wishes of many happy years to come. Regards, //Bjorn |

I can translate it to:- ?????????? 25-?? ???? ????????, ? ????????? ?????? ?????????? ??????????? ???. But when you back translate it, it comes out as:- Happy 25-th birthday, and wishes of many happy next years. You may be better waiting until one of the Russian speakers come along to help you, there are plenty here I am sure they will catch your post sooner or later, they may even have some better wording for you? The construction is с 25-ым днем рождения it is a weird one this because "congratulate" takes "s" even when it is omitted. They then usally go to "wish happiness and success in life" Я желаю счастья и успехов в жизни. So "с 25-ым днем рождения! Я желаю счастья и успехов в жизни." just shows you how an online translater needs some knowledge of the language! |

Translates to: "With 25-th birthday! I wish good luck and successes in a life" is this correct? |
