The St Petersburg Times (English language free paper) has a classified section which advertises apartments. No idea how good these are but some appear to be private individuals as well as agencies.

Could be worth checking out if you are going there.

The paper has its own web site at http://www.sptimes.ru/ and is available at Hotels and at other places in the city.

If I go back I think I will check some of the places out as prices seem to be good.

I found a copy of this in St Pete. I read every single word while I was in St Pete (see trippin in St Pete)

I thought it was funny that the escort services advertised under the marriage agencies title.
