Those of you who have traveled to mother Russia, may be most interested in using Google Earth program to view where you traveled.

Ekaterinberg is most detailed, I have found Tatiana's home and neighbor hood, and her building......her region as she puts it.

I do not know how all cities are ....for detail
But Google Earth is quite cool

It is great for Moscow also. I love looking up the apartments I stay in. It is strange to see a building you are familiar with from the sky.

Krasnodar where my wife from is quite detailed and we can see her block of flats by the river and her mothers flat. Its even got two airports which i did not know . Irina said the second one was not used anymore, but looking at it the other day I saw that it's full of airplanes, looks like a miltary airport rather than commercial.

I also check out the black sea coastline as i have been three times now and it's fun to see where you stayed!

Talking of planes, have you guys checked out the airplane graveyard in Tucson - now that is amazing!!!
