A couple of old boys in Tennesee, Quailman and Tom, was in the bar working on a little whiskey, and discussing their "shine operation. A woman at a nearby table, having dinner, suddenly begins to cough. After a minute or so it becomes apparent she is in real distress. Tom looks at her, and says "Kin ya swaller?"
The woman shakes her head no. "Kin ya breath?"
The woman begins to turn blue, and shakes her head no.
Tom walks over to the woman, yanks up the back of her dress, yanks down her drawers, and quickly gives her right butt cheek a lick with his tongue. The woman is so shocked she has a violent spasm and the obstruction flies out of her mouth. As she begins to breath again, Tom walks slowly back to the bar.
Quailman says, "Ya know, I'd heered of that there 'Hind Lick Maneuver', but I aint never seed nobody do it!
