I'm looking for a 2-bedroom apartment to rent in St. Petersburg in early September. The internet sites show some (but not much) availability but the prices seem high.

I might have to start calling direct to St. Petersburg and asking around.

I think near Nevsky Prospect is the best area to stay - true?

Anybody here know of a good available apartment? Or have experience with a good source for me to call?
