Russian Defense Minister Says Ukraine Supplied Cruise Missiles to Iran, China

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov has said that Ukraine had supplied cruise missiles to Iran and China in what he called a blatant violation of the missile technologies nonproliferation agreement.
