The dispute between VimpelCom BV and Norwegian telecoms carrier Telenor ASA continued on Monday with the news that Moscow Arbitration Court had rejected the second of three lawsuits filed by Telenor designed to invalidate VimpelCom’s acquisition of Ukrainian Radio Systems last November.
